Building on Virgin Active’s brand platform Everything you need is inside, which speaks as much to the inner strength and self-belief of its members as it does to the clubs’ comprehensive offering, this campaign appealed to our ever more desperate desire to feel human. Surrounded (and occasionally threatened) by the synthetic experiences of a digital existence, our audience was craving a sensory renaissance and a return to real. In this OOH + digital campaign, we evoked the visceral - breath, sweat, resistance, pain - as an antidote to the artificial.
